Creating an Organized Environment with Seat Sack!

Say goodbye to student mailboxes and hello to convenient, personal, and out-of-the-way storage from The Original Seat Sack Company®. How many of you use student mailboxes to collect or store student papers? How much time is being used to have your students put their papers in their mailboxes after each transition? A lot, I bet! I was so excited when I found O2Teach® products from The Original Seat Sack Company®! Seat Sack chair pockets, the Read-n-Go book bag, the Hand-e-Sack, and Pencil Pouches are sure to cut down your transitions and effectively store all of your student’s’ belongings!

Storing personal belongings and school supplies is that much easier with a Seat Sack Chair Pocket. These chair pockets are high quality, durable chair pockets with multiple compartments. This makes storing school supplies, completed work, and leveled readers a breeze! Instead of having your students put away their papers in a mailbox, why not have them easily put it in their Seat Sack Chair Pocket? These chair pockets make my transitions from activity to activity a breeze!

We all know how stressful storing crayons and pencils can be! Check out these pencil pouches from Seat Sack! They are great for storing those sharpened pencils and crayons. Plus they fit conveniently in the back of your Seat Sack Chair Pocket! Also each pencil pouch comes with a personalizable card. These pencil pouches are great for storing scissors and glue sticks too!

As part of positive reinforcement, my students each receive a ten frame sticker book. My students receive a sticker when I see them going above and beyond by following our classroom rules, being a good friend, or helping another classmate. When my students receive a full ten frame, they get to pick a prize from my classroom treasure chest! I’ve had the worst time coming up with something to store these sticker books in. They’re too big to store on their tables, and they fall onto the floor from the Command Hooks that I have placed under each table. The Original Seat Sack Company’s Hand-e-Sack is a great alternative to storing these sticker books.

This organizer is great for any type of school supply, too. It’s perfect for pencils, pens, glue sticks, crayons, flash cards, calculators or any small items that may get lost inside of a desk or roll off the top of a table. Simply stick on its dual locking system developed by 3M products, and you’re good to go. Students can easily remove the organizer if needed.

This Read-n-Go Book Bag from the Seat Sack Plus Product Line is perfect for taking home leveled readers or library books. The sturdy bag is perfect for my take-home book bins. Each child in my classroom takes home a Read-n-Go Book Bag, a leveled reader, and a recording card. When the child can read the book independently, parents must place their initials next to the title of the book. The child then reads the book to my aide. If the child can read it independently without any help, he/she will receive another book. This process continues until the end of the year and the level of each book bin increases as the children finish each book bin.

The one thing I love about all of the products from the Seat Sack Product Line is that they’re easy to clean! As a teacher I know how important this can be! These products are high quality, durable, and guaranteed to last many years.

I'd love to win these. I got rid of mailboxes last year and use homemade seat sacks. Love them. But crayon box storage still bothers me. These would solve that problem. I have a class set of laptops, so we have very little room on the tables.

I would love to have seat sacks in my room. I don't have much convenient storage for student items, and this causes a lot of delays in my room.

I'd adore having this great set for my special ed kiddos…bless their hearts, organizational skills are NOT their strong point! I hate having a messy, cluttered room, & spend WAY too much time putting things back together. Fingers crossed…

I have magnetic letter boards, calendar notebooks, writing journals, math journals, Fundations notebooks, and a zipper pouch for magnetic letters, a dry erase marker, an eraser, crayons, and a pencil in 3 different places for student use. The Seat Sacks would allow my students to have the instructional materials they need within reach!

My Philly classroom is TINY and cramped with 25 kindergarteners and all of our materials necessary to have a rockin' school year! These would allow me to ditch the milk crates under my students' tables that we currently use to store workbooks, folders, and supplies due to our limited space and budget! What a great way to help teach organizational skills to my kindergarten friends! Thanks for the opportunity! Best of luck to all!

I have the smallest classroom in my school! So organization is my best friend! This would help me free up space in my bookshelves for more books instead of their textbooks! They are so eager to read and I would love giving them more books instead of having them hidden in my closet!

I am a first year Kindergarten teacher and we are keeping all of our learning materials in our book boxes. The boxes are overflowing and we need more ways to keep ourselves organized! This would be a life saver. I've been thinking about using seat sacks, but can't fit it into my personal budget!

Amy Major- These would be such a benefit to my students. It is so important to teach them how to organize their supplies without always doing it for them. These would enable them to take control over their supplies and learn a valuable lesson, not to mention help me. 🙂

This is wonderful! I'm just getting started in teaching (I'm a student teacher) and this would make starting up my own classroom next year so much easier. It would even give my kids now a bit more defined space– my CO and I have been talking about getting seat sacks.
